Howard Harawitz, PresidentHoward Harawitz, founder and President, is well known in Internet circles as the developer of the world’s first commercial Web page editor, HTML Assistant Pro. He is also the author of some of the earliest microcomputer software programs. Mr. Harawitz was also a participant in the development, for companies like Parker Brothers and Milton-Bradley, of some of the first standalone computer games and toys. An engineer by profession, Howard’s computer career began in the 1960s when he learned to program mainframe computers at the University of California at Berkeley. His experience also includes 14 years teaching computer science and technology at the university and community college levels.
Kieran Gillett, Business Development Manager
Kieran is the Business Development Manager for BNSW and one of its earliest employees. Kieran has spent the last several years working as a consultant for IT Outsourcing and Professional Services companies focusing on Internet technologies for Fortune 500 companies. Clients have included IBM, Pfizer and Allmerica Financial.
Kieran is an MBA graduate student at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He also holds his Professional Project Management (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Sheri Gillett, Business Manager
Sheri is BNSW’s Business Manager and has the distinction of being the company’s first employee back in 1994.
Sheri has worked the last several years as a consultant and software specialist responsible for accounting software implementations for companies across North America and as far away as Australia.
Sheri has also worked in the non-profit sector as the Donations Coordinator at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
