My Computer crashed and I lost my passkey. How can I get a new one?

If for some reason your computer crashes, or you need to change computers and you do not have your personal password key, or you lost your passkey, we can provide a new one within 2 business days. You will need a proof of purchase for us to provide you with your password key.

Can I use the HTML Assistant Pro 97 password key for Pro 2000?

No, each product requires a separate password key. You can order a key for Pro 2000 here.

When I enter the password I receive a message saying that the password is incorrect?

Password keys are created in association with the user name shown in the password key message you received when you purchased the software. You must carefully copy and paste the user name, and the password key, EXACTLY as presented in the message. Any difference at all between the data in the message and the data you copy and paste will result in failure. Once you have entered your name and password key successfully, close HTML Assistant Pro 2000 and restart the program. When Pro 2000 opens again you will see your user name on the opening screen.
