Most
download problems are caused by Internet traffic congestion.
The
Internet "pipes" that bring our software to your computer can become
overloaded. The overload can take place at your service provider's site,
at our server, or anywhere in between.
Congestion may be the cause of one or more of the following problems:
- inability to start a download
- interrupted downloads
- file corruption during a download.
Try
to download when Internet traffic is at a minimum.
In
North America, the best time for downloads is very early in the morning.
Elsewhere, it depends upon your particular location. In general, try to
avoid the busiest hours on North America's West Coast -- that is, between
9AM and 5PM Pacific Time.
