Our Trip To Maine - 1

We arrived in Bar Harbor, Maine, after dark, on the ferry from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.The following morning, before going on to Southern Maine, we drove up to Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park, where a kindly fellow tourist took this photo of us.

We spent much of our time in the tourist town of Ogunquit, in Southern Maine, near the border with the state of New Hampshire. New Hampshire is the place where the license plates say, "Live Free or Die". Ironically, those license plates are probably made by prisoners.

This is the harbor at Ogunquit. It is ringed by shops and restaurants.
